Abstract
In order to understand the prevalence of pullorum in Anxi county,a serological survey of pullorum was carried out in 4 large-scale hens breeding farms,34 small and medium-sized breeding farms and 61 free range households randomly selected from 24 townships in Anxi county from 2021 to 2023.The results showed that the infection degree of pullorum varied in different breeding years.Among them,the infection rate of pullorum in households was 30.33%,which was higher than that in the large-scale layer farms(7.26%)and the small and medium scale chicken farms(15.80%),The probability of chicken pullorum infection in hens(18.91%)was also slightly higher than that in cock(17.92%).Overall analysis showed that pullorum infection was common in Anxi chicken flocks,and the infection level was related to many factors.It is urgent to carry out the purification of pullorum,eliminate the positive chickens by testing,and strengthen the bio-security measures,to achieve the effect of regional purification of the disease species.关键词
