摘要
Abstract
The health evaluation is a comprehensive diagnosis of the rivers and lakes.It is also an important task of full implementation of river chief system.Guangdong rivers and lakes health evaluation system is an important module of'Guangdong Smart Riverway'III project.It base on the＜Technical Guidelines for Rivers and Lakes Health Assessment in Guangdong Province in 2021＞.The design concept of system includes accurate evaluation,easy operation,flexible application.Its functions include river segmentation evaluation,lake and reservoir zoning evaluation,index system construction,index data filling,evaluation results display.The system realizes the whole process of rivers and lakes health evaluation.It empowers rivers and lakes health management business with information technology.It's the application of technology to drive business innovation.It will provide important support for the continuous health evaluation work in the future.关键词
