基于分级指标评分法的山丘区河流健康评价研究OA

Research on River Health Evaluation in Hilly Areas Based on Classification Index Scoring Method:A Case Study of Maxu River

河湖健康评价作为河湖系统治理的一项重要手段,可为全面推行河长制提供重要技术支撑.文章以肇庆市马圩河为例,结合马圩河的水情和河流管理实际情况,采用分级指标评分法构建指标体系,并通过开展资料收集及现场调查监测工作计算指标赋分,依据各指标赋分对马圩河健康状态进行了综合评价.在健康综合评价结果的基础上,识别河流健康主要问题,并提出了针对性的治理和保护对策,可为山丘区河流的健康评价和治理保护提供参考.

River and lake health evaluation is an important basic work for the comprehensive implementation of the river and lake chief system,an important basis for the preparation of the"one river(lake)one policy"program,and can provide an important reference for the development of river and lake governance and protection.In this paper,taking Maxu River in Zhaoqing as an example,combined with actual situation of water condition and river management of the Maxu River,the index system is constructed by classification index scoring method,and the index assignment is calculated by data collection and on-site investigation and monitoring.Health status of Maxu River is comprehensively evaluated according to the assigned points of each index.On the basis of comprehensive health evaluation results,the main problems of river health are identified,and targeted governance and protection countermeasures are proposed,which can provide a reference for health assessment and treatment and protection of rivers in hilly areas.
