摘要

Abstract

Xinfengjiang River is the largest tributary of the Dongjiang River Basin in Guangdong Province.The evaluation of its river and lake bank stability is important for studying river evolution and the protection of river water resources.The health assessment of the river and lake bank stability was analyzed through in-situ investigation and monitoring of several indicators,such as bank slope angle,bank slope vegetation coverage and bank height.The results show that the bank stability of Xinfengjiang River in Heyuan City interval is significantly affected by human activities,thus the stability of different river sections varies between unhealthy and healthy states.
