湛江市中心城区超标准洪水风险分析及防御对策探讨
Risk Analysis of Over-standard Flood and Defense Countermeasures on the Central City of Zhanjiang
摘要
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of flood,defense engineering system and flood risk factors in Zhanjiang city,a flood analysis model is set calculate that 13 towns(streets)in the central city were flooded,and 23 administrative villages(communities),about 8000 up to people need to be evacuated when over-standard flood have occurred in the central city of Zhanjiang.The research provides relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the measures of preventing excessive flood,such as forecast and early warning,emergency response and risk transfer.关键词
