基于多维度国际合作探究研究生培养新模式
摘要
Abstract
Developmental biology is an advantageous discipline of Hunan Normal University,and it is one of the first three national key disciplines of developmental biology in China.Under the background of globalization and information age,this discipline is facing severe challenges in how to maintain the characteristics and advantages,and how to cultivate top-notch talents in developmental biology who keep up with the international development trend and have a broad international vision and excellent scientific research and innovation ability.Through personal experience,the author explores the establishment of a multi-dimensional international cooperation mechanism and expands online and offline cooperation models under the new situation,in order to build a multi-type,multi-level and multi-dimensional top-notch and innovative talents training systems and contribute to cultivating more talents with global vision,innovative spirit and practical ability.关键词
