基于OBE理念的药学专业硕士能力培养模式探究

Abstract
Postgraduate education is the highest level of higher education,and cultivating high-quality graduate students can accelerate the development of the pharmaceutical industry.However,with the continuous expansion of the enrollment of master's students in pharmacy,it has been found that the master's degree training program of pharmacy is similar to academic master's degree,students lack the sense of practical innovation,tutors lack the understanding of enterprise production,and the imperfect school-enterprise cooperation system during the process of training.This paper proposes the establishment of a school-enterprise education system supported by the advanced education concept of OBE,the construction and optimization of a collaborative innovation resource-sharing platform,and the construction of a tutor collaborative guidance system supported by the"synergy theory"hoping to continuously improve the pharmacy master training system from the above three aspects.关键词
