高校青年教师教学能力提升体系构建探究

Abstract
Young teachers are the emerging force in the teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities,and also the key factor in the construction and development of teaching team.At the same time,the fundamental task of colleges and university teachers is to teach and educate students.The establishment of morality and the cultivation of people's achievements have also become the first standard to assess the quality of colleges and universities in the new era.Based on the basic characteristics of young teachers,this paper studies their difficulties in teaching work,and proposes and discusses several approaches to improve the teaching ability of young teachers based on the trinity of"teaching training+teaching consultation+teaching research".The practice results show that the proposed approaches have achieved certain results.关键词
