乡村振兴背景下"东数西算"赋能甘肃省数字乡村发展研究
Research on the Empowerment of Gansu Province's Digital Rural Development under the'East Data West Computing'Initiative in the Context of Rural Revitalization
摘要
Abstract
Utilizing research methods such as literature review and logical data analysis,this study investigates the empowerment of digital rural development in Gansu Province under the context of rural revitalization facilitated by the'East Data West Computing'initiative.Challenges identified include the overall backward development of digital agriculture,lack of overall planning of rural digital governance and serious brain drain.In response,it is recommended to utilize the'East Data West Computing'initiative to establish digital platforms,promote the development of digital agriculture and rural areas,achieve efficient digital rural governance,and adopt multiple strategies to attract and retain high-quality digital talent,thereby advancing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in Gansu Province.关键词
