Abstract

In order to screen suitable mixed fermentation agents for composting of mini Chinese cabbage tail vegetables and promote the fertilizer utilization of tail vegetables,5 kinds of commonly used fermentation agents for organic fertilizer production were selected,and mini Chinese cabbage tail vegetables and sheep manure were used as raw materials.The effects of different fermentation agents on composting temperature,pH,moisture content,C/N,total nitrogen and organic matter contents were studied.The results showed that after the treatment of Hengkun organic fertilizer fermentation agent,the composting temperature of mini Chinese cabbage tail vegetablesincreased the fastest,reaching 56.1℃on the fourth day after treatment,reaching the highest temperature of 66.2℃on the 12th day,and the days above the high temperature lasted for 12 days.At the end of composting,the moisture content of compost treated with Hengkun fermentation agent was the smallest(29.5%)with a decrease of 54.7%.The total nitrogen content was the largest(16.8 g/kg)with an increase of 98.4%.The C/N was the lowest(14.8)with a decrease of 51.0%.The content of organic matter was the lowest(320.0 g/kg),the degradation rate was the highest,and the rotten effect of tail vegetables was the best.Considering all the indexes,at the end of composting,the plasticity index of Hengkun fermentation agent treatment was the largest,and the fermentation effect was the best,which was most suitable for the preparation of organic fertilizer by fermentation of mini Chinese cabbages mixed with sheep manure.
