Research progress in radiomics-based prediction of microvascular invasion in primary hepatocellular carcinoma using CT and MRI images
摘要
Abstract
Microvascular invasion(MVI)is a critical factor contributing to the recurrence and poor prognosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma.Preoperative non-invasive prediction of MVI is of great significance for guiding rational clinical diagnosis and treatment strategies.Radiomics can mine high throughput quantitative features from images,which are used to predict the presence and risk grade of MVI.Additionally,peritumoral radiomics is also of great significance for predicting MVI.This article reviews the research progress,application prospects,and challenges of CT and MRI imaging-based omics in predicting MVI in primary hepatocellular carcinoma.关键词
