影像组学及影像基因组学预测乳腺癌分子分型的研究进展
Research progress of radiomics and radiogenomics in predicting the molecular subtypes of breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Radiomics can extract a large number of image features from medical images in high throughput,while radiogenomics focuses on exploring the correlation between imaging data and the genome.Based on imaging technologies such as DCE-MRI,mammography,and breast ultrasound,radiomics and radiogenomics can assess tumor heterogeneity and biological behavior of breast cancer,providing new approaches and insights for research on breast cancer diagnosis,treatment evaluation,and prognosis prediction.Especially,it shows great potential in non-invasively predicting breast cancer molecular subtypes preoperatively.This article reviews the research progress on predicting breast cancer molecular subtypes using radiomics and radiogenomics.关键词
