Abstract
Double vaginocervectomy is rare in clinics.This study summarized the perioperative nursing experience of a patient with RH-negative blood group and double vagina and double uterus complicated with unilateral uterine adenomyosis.The main nursing care included:preoperative preparation(vaginal irrigation,preoperative visit,multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment,preparation of surgical risk plan,psychological nursing);Good coordination during the operation(cooperation between visiting nurses and instrument nurses,coordination of double uterus);Postoperative care(safe transport,speed up postoperative rehabilitation of patients,wound care,pelvic floor muscle exercise,discharge education,etc).The patient returned to the ward safely and was discharged four days after surgery.关键词
