急性白血病患者癌症复发恐惧的潜在类别及影响因素
Potential category and influencing factors of fear for cancer recurrence in patients with acute leukemia

Abstract
Objective To understand the potential category of fear for cancer recurrence in patients with acute leukemia,and to explore its influencing factors.Methods A total of 130 patients with acute leukemia were selected as the research subjects.The self-designed general data inventory,Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form(FoP-Q-SF),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)were used to investigate on the research subjects.The Mplus 8.3 software was used to perform potential profile analysis,and patients were assigned to groups according to the results of potential profile analysis.The influencing factors for cancer recurrence fear in patients with acute leukemia were analyzed by employing the multivariate Logistic regression model.Results The total score of FoP-Q-SF in patients with acute leukemia was 31.55±10.62,therein the total score of 52 patients(40.0%)was≥34,whereas the total scores of PSSS and HADS in patients were 66.95±10.77 and 13.10±7.28,respectively.The results of potential profile analysis revealed that the best model fitting result was obtained from two potential categories,and patients were assigned to psychological dysfunction group(n=51)or favorable mental state group(n=79)according to the potential category.The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis indicated that the total scores of HADS and PSSS were the influencing factors for cancer recurrence fear in patients with acute leukemia(P<0.05).Conclusion Fear for cancer recurrence in patients with acute leukemia is at the medium level,and there are obvious classification features.Acute leukemia patients with low level of social support and anxiety/depression status are at relatively high risk of fear for cancer recurrence.关键词
