Abstract
Objective To analyze the evolution and current status of research on the built environment of domestic and international children and adolescents from the perspective of health.Methods The target literature was searched through the Web of Science core database and the China Knowledge Network database to analyze the situation and current status of domestic and international research on the built environment and children's and adolescents'health in terms of the number of publications,characteristics of journals and institutions,and hotspot evolution.Results Foreign studies have gone through early exploration and rapid development stages,and ma-ture research paradigms have been formed.Domestic studies are still in their infancy,with limited results,and the application of ob-jective measurement tools is not yet popular.The research in this field involves the intersection of multiple disciplines,and the main positions are universities,with the United States in the leading position,and research institutions in China are mainly located in the Yangtze River Delta,Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.Foreign research focuses on physical activity,mental health,health behav-ior,obesity and other directions,while the domestic focus on physical activity.Conclusion Specific health problems,refinement of built environment elements,integrated application of subjective and objective evaluation methods,and strengthening of cross-regional synergy are the future research priorities of our academia.关键词
