童年环境与成年后红细胞相关参数的关系:生命史策略与黑暗三联征的链式中介作用
Relationship between childhood environment and red blood cell parame-ters in adulthood:the chain mediating role of life history strategy and dark triad
摘要
Abstract
Aim:To reveal the influence of childhood environment on red blood cell parameters in adulthood based on the life history theory.Methods:A total of 234 individuals[118 males and 116 females,with age from 18 to 55(24.2±5.1)years]accepting physical examination were surveyed using Enviroment Conditional Scale,Mini-K,Dirty Dozen scales,and the data of red blood cell parameters in routine blood test were collected.The chain mediating models were constructed with harshness/unpredictability of childhood environment as independent variable,red blood cell parameters as dependent variables,and life history strategy and the 3 dimensions of dark triad as mediating variables using Amos 24.0.Results:The chain mediating models showed that the more harsh the childhood environment was,the high was the level of narcissism,the lower were mean red blood cell volume and mean concentration of hemoglobin in red blood cells,and narcissism played a mediating effect in it;the more unpredictable the childhood environment was,the high was the level of narcissism,the lower was mean red blood cell volume,and narcissism played a mediating effect in it(P<0.05).Conclusion:Harshness and un-predictability of childhood environment have impact on red blood cells and hemoglobin in adulthood,and can also trigger changes in red blood cells through the development of dark personality(mainly narcissism).关键词
