腹腔镜技能培训评价指标体系的构建
Construction of index system for laparoscopic skill training evaluation
摘要
Abstract
Aim:To establish the index system for laparoscopic skill training evaluation.Methods:The index system for laparoscopic skill training evaluation was established using consulting literature,Delphi method and other methods,and the weight of indicators at all levels were comprehensively evaluated by analytical hierarchy process.Data relevant to laparo-scopic skill training in 2020 of 3 organizations were analyzed,and the training effect was evaluated using the index system by TOPSIS.Results:The index system consisted of 3 first-level indexes,7 second-level indexes and 29 third-level indexes.First-level indexes included support and guarantee,formulation and implementation,and quality control and management,their weights were 0.182,0.455 and 0.363,and the consistency index was 0.03.TOPSIS results showed that the training effect of the 3 organizations from high to low was Organization B,Organization A and Organization C.Conclusion:The es-tablished laparoscopic skill training evaluation index system is scientific and feasiable.关键词
