目的:建立腹腔镜技能培训评价指标体系.方法:通过查阅文献、Delphi法等方法建立腹腔镜技能培训评价指标体系,利用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重.利用该指标体系对 3 家培训机构 2020 年度腹腔镜技能培训相关数据进行评价,采用TOPSIS法分析其评价效果.结果:建立了一套由3 个一级指标、7 个二级指标、29 个三级指标组成的腹腔镜技能培训评价指标体系;一级指标包括支持与保障、制定与实施、质控与管理,其权重分别为0.182、0.455 和0.363,一致性指标为0.03.TOPSIS法结果显示腹腔镜技能培训效果机构B>机构A>机构C.结论:建立的腹腔镜技能培训评价指标体系具有较好的科学性和应用价值.

Aim:To establish the index system for laparoscopic skill training evaluation.Methods:The index system for laparoscopic skill training evaluation was established using consulting literature,Delphi method and other methods,and the weight of indicators at all levels were comprehensively evaluated by analytical hierarchy process.Data relevant to laparo-scopic skill training in 2020 of 3 organizations were analyzed,and the training effect was evaluated using the index system by TOPSIS.Results:The index system consisted of 3 first-level indexes,7 second-level indexes and 29 third-level indexes.First-level indexes included support and guarantee,formulation and implementation,and quality control and management,their weights were 0.182,0.455 and 0.363,and the consistency index was 0.03.TOPSIS results showed that the training effect of the 3 organizations from high to low was Organization B,Organization A and Organization C.Conclusion:The es-tablished laparoscopic skill training evaluation index system is scientific and feasiable.
