摘要

Abstract

In Su Wen·Yu Ji Zhen Zang Lun,the string pulse is designated as the normal pulse in spring and the floating pulse is desig-nated as the normal pulse in autumn.However,in Su Wen·Mai Yao Jing Wei Lun,the spring pulse is described as floating pulse and the autumn pulse is described as pulse under skin.In fact,"pulse under skin"and"floating pulse"can be detected at different times of the same season.The string pulse is the pulse during the vigorous spring season,appearing most of the time in spring,while the floating pulse is the pulse during the late spring season.Currently,summer is approaching,and the temperature is high.The accumulated Yang energy drives the pulse to float up to the surface of the skin,resulting in the appearance of the floating pulse.Similarly,the pulse pattern during the prosperous autumn season is a floating pulse.At this time,due to the convergence and descent of autumn Qi,the pulse pattern is no longer broad and powerful compared to the full pulse in summer.However,with the accumulated Yang Qi in summer,the pulse po-sition still floats on the surface of the skin,forming a"light floating"pulse pattern."Autumn pulse under skin"describes the pulse at the end of autumn,during which period Yin Qi gradually accumulates and becomes strong,while the accumulated Yang Qi in summer is exhausted,causing the pulse to sink under the skin.
