基于"肠肾轴"探讨"脾为之卫"理论在过敏性紫癜性肾炎治疗中的应用
Application of "Pi Wei Zhi Wei" Theory in Treating Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis Based on "Gut-Kidney Axis"

Abstract
Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN)is a common kidney disease,its pathogenesis is complex and not easy to cure.Regulating Spleen and Stomach is indispensable in the treatment of HSPN,and the mechanism of gut-kidney axis in modern medicine also provides a richer theoretical basis for regulating Spleen and strengthening its defense function.The gut-kidney axis is closely related to the pathogenesis of HSPN,which is involved in the occurrence,progression,and recurrence of the disease.Specifical-ly,the increase of intestinal permeability,intestinal barrier destruction,imbalance of intestinal flora and its metabolites,as well as disor-der of intestinal mucosal immune response are all related to the disease.In clinical practice,referring to the theory of"Pi Wei Zhi Wei",if there is excessive Heat of Yangming and disharmony between Spleen and stomach,treat patients with modified Simiao Pill com-bined with Erchen Decoction for harmonizing Spleen and Stomach,as well as purging intestines to discharge Heat.If there is Spleen Qi deficiency,induced failing to transportation and transformation,treat patients with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction or Liuwei Dihuang Pill for in-vigorating Spleen to benefit Qi and promote the defense Qi as well as resisting the Wind.关键词
