Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Interstitial Lung Disease from Perspective of Lung and Spleen Being the Core
摘要
Abstract
The holistic view of Lung and Spleen as the core Zang organs,which was proposed by Professor Li Youlin based on the holis-tic concept and Zang and Fu syndrome differentiation thought combined with clinical practice,is a dialectical view of Lung disease such as chronic cough and asthma.It can reflect the characteristics of Lung disease and highlight the core position of Lung and Spleen.Identi-fying the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of interstitial Lung disease(ILD)from the holistic view of Lung and Spleen as the core is significant,which is of guiding significance for the differentiation and treatment of ILD.To further clarify the similarities and differences in TCM syndromes of different types of ILD and guide clinical practice,the clinical information database of ILD can be further estab-lished,the characteristics of TCM syndromes of different types of ILD can be deeply explored,and clinical research related to syndrome and treatment can be strengthened.关键词
