白芍常用药对配伍探析
Compatibility of Commonly Used Drug Pairs of Baishao(Paeonia Radix Alba)in Prescriptions
摘要
Abstract
Baishao(Paeonia Radix Alba),which was first recorded in the Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing,has a long history of clinical appli-cation.It is widely used in TCM clinical practice with its specific nature,flavor and effects.In modern pharmacology it is found that there are abundant chemical components in Baishao(Paeonia Radix Alba),including monoterpenes and their glycosides,triterpenes and their glycosides,flavonoids,tannins as well as polysaccharides.Baishao(Paeonia Radix Alba)has multiple pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,antidepressant,analgesic,promoting hematopoietic function and regulating immunity.The drug pair of Baishao-Guizhi(Paeonia Radix Alba-Ramulus Cinnamomi)can regulate Yin and Yang and play an important role in prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases;Baishao-Chaihu(Paeonia Radix Alba-Bupleuri Radix)can enhance the power of soothing the Liver and relieving depression and has a significant effect on the treatment of nervous system diseases;Baishao-Danggui(Paeonia Radix Alba-Angelicae Sinensis Radix)can promote blood circulation and relieve pain,and has obvious therapeutic effect on dysmenorrhea;Baishao-Gancao(Paeonia Radix Alba-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma)can relieve spasm to stop pain,and can be used to treat pain of various systems;Baishao-Baizhu(Paeonia Radix Alba-Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)can invigorate Spleen and stop diarrhea,and has obvious effect on ulcerative colitis;Baishao-Zhishi(paeonia Radix Alba-Aurantii Fructus Immaturus)can moving Qi to disperse flatulence,and has two-way regulating effect on gastrointestinal function.The efficacy of the compatible drug pairs above is stronger than that of the single drug,and the clinical application range is wider,which is of great significance for guiding clinical medication and prescription.关键词
