中医外治法治疗周围性面瘫研究进展
Research Progress in Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis Patients with External Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of peripheral facial paralysis has the advantages of safety,simplicity,econo-my,few side effects,such as acupuncture,cupping,scraping,acupoint massage,ear acupoint pressure with bean,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,etc.The clinical application is widely used,which can promote facial nerve repair,decompression,anti-inflamma-tory,swelling reduction,with significant effect.At present,there are the following problems in the research of external TCM treatment of peripheral facial palsy:the stages of facial palsy have not been unified,the treatment of each stage lacks standard,and the selection of the best treatment plan in the stage of disease change still needs to be verified by multi-center clinical trials.The operation standards,selection of acupoints and treatment course of TCM external treatment are lacking in standard standards.Therefore,large-scale and multi-center clinical studies should be continued and evaluated in combination with several indicators in order to improve the scientific evaluation of TCM external treatment in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.关键词
