Professor Yang Guowang's Experience in Treatment of Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma by Location Syndrome Differentiation
摘要
Abstract
The external causes of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma are Damp and Heat,in which the Spleen is trapped by Dampness and the body Fluid is injured by Heat and then Dampness and Heat produce Phlegm.The internal causes are related to the unsmooth feel-ings,uncontrolled diet,Zheng Qi deficiency and fatigue,and finally the dysfunction of the Zang and Fu organs as well as that of the me-ridians,the accumulation of Phlegm,Dampness,stasis and Toxin,and the accumulation of them for a long-time cause Phlegm nuclear.TCM treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma requires starting with Phlegm treatment and detoxification,and an appropriate propor-tion of dispelling evil factors and supporting Zheng Qi treatment is given according to the specific disease site and stage of the patient's disease.According to the etiology and pathogenesis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma"Phlegm,Toxin,stasis,deficiency and stagna-tion",and the core pathogenesis of"Phlegm and Toxin",the treatment is to dissolve Phlegm and disperse lump,to clear away Heat and nourish Yin,to detoxify and fight against cancer,and eventually to strengthen Zheng Qi and the root.Clinically,the basic formula for e-liminate cancer and lump is used,and the modified formula also can be used according to different disease locations and symptoms.关键词
