程红亮运用化瘀通络药灸治疗血管性痴呆
Cheng Hongliang Treating Vascular Dementia with Huayu Tongluo and Herbal Moxibustion
摘要
Abstract
The basic pathogenesis of vascular dementia(VD)is"Yuan Yang deficiency and Phlegm stasis blocking collaterals",and its pathogenesis is characterized by"deficiency in root and excess in symptom,in which"Yuan Yang deficiency"is the root and"Phlegm stasis blocking collaterals"is the symptom.Professor Cheng Hongliang,based on the theory of"Kidney generating marrow and brain is the sea of marrow",based on the pathogenesis characteristics of VD,paid attention to tonifying Kidney and promoting marrow,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,with method of"Huayu Tongluo"combining herbal moxibustion in traditional Chinese medicine.The acupoint group on Du Meridian are used,and to stimulate and enhance the Qi in Du Meridian by using Baihui,Fengfu,Shenting and Dazhui acupoints to achieve the function of removing blood stasis and clearing collaterals,increasing the marrow and opening the orifice with the help of Yongquan acupoint on Kidney Meridian and Xuanzhong acupoint of merrow crossing point.关键词
