头皮针结合电针治疗急性期肩关节周围炎
Clinical Observation on Treatment of Acute Periarthritis of Shoulder with Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Electroacupuncture

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in treatment of acute shoulder periarthritis.Methods:90 patients with acute shoulder periarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group(45 cases combined with scalp acupuncture)and control group(45 cases),both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy and visual analogue scale(VAS)were compared between the two groups.VAS score,Constant-Murley shoulder function score,and the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).Results:(1)The cure rate was 60.00%,the effective rate was 88.89%;The cure rate of the control group was 40.00%and the effective rate was 75.56%,the difference between the two groups was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,VAS scores in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment;The VAS score of the treatment group was(2.75±1.30)points,which was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)Aftertreatment,Constant-Murley shoulder joint function scores in 2 groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05);The Constant-Murley shoulder joint function score in the treatment group was(80.89±12.92),which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin2 groups were significantly lower thanbefore treatment,andthe levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the treatment group were(23.87±17.92)ng·L-1 and(12.01±4.09)ng·L-1,both lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture therapy is effective in the treatment of acute shoulder periarthritis,which can significantly improve the degree of pain,shoulder joint function and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.关键词
