基于数据挖掘技术分析《圣济总录》治疗霍乱用药规律
Medication Rule in Treating Cholera in Sheng Ji Zong Lu Based on Data Mining Technique
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the prescription for treatment of cholera in Sheng Ji Zong Lu,to find out the medication rule and to analyze the core drug combination for the treatment of cholera,to provide ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of cholera.Meth-ods:After screening the cholera prescriptions in Sheng Ji Zong Lu and standardizing the names of the drugs,a cholera prescription data-base was established in Excel,and the data were analyzed on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform.Results:After sorting,a total of 194 cholera treatment prescriptions in Sheng Ji Zong Lu were included.It was suggested that the Four Qi of the drugs used were mainly Warm,Hot and Peaceful.The Five Tastes were mainly pungent,bitter and sweet.Spleen and Stomachchannels are the main functioning channels of the drugs;The efficacy of the drugs is mainly tonifying deficiency,warming inner-side of body and regula-ting Qi.Renshen(Ginseng Radix at Rhizoma),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium),Gan-jiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma),Rougui(Cinnamomi Cortex),Shengjiang(Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens),Houpo(Magnoliae Officinalis Cor-tex),etc.were used more frequently.The most used medicine pairs are Renshen(Ginseng Radix at Rhizoma)-Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma)-Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma)as well as Renshen(Ginseng Radix at Rhizoma)-Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium).Conclusion:The efficacy of the prescriptions in treating cholera in Sheng Ji Zong Lu is mainly to warm the Middle Jiao and tonify deficiency,to tonify Spleen and remove Dampness,to regulate Qi and regulate the in-versed Qi.关键词
