IL-18 sTLT-1及miR-25对脑梗死复发风险的预测价值
Predictive value of IL-18,sTLT-1 and miR-25 on the risk of recurrence of cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the predictive value of miR-25,interleukin 18(IL-18),and soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-like transcript-1(sTLT-1)in the recurrence of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 154 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in the 3201 Hospital were selected as the cerebral infarction group.The patients in the cerebral infarction group were followed up for 1 year,and were divided into the recurrence group and the non-recurrence group according to whether they recurred.The clinical data,and serum miR-25(32.00(23.31,34.68)vs 11.89(7.67,19.39)),IL-18((44.75±12.38)ng/L vs(23.36±10.49)ng/L)and sTLT-1((484.61±83.90)ng/L vs(325.72±99.17)ng/L)expression of the two groups were compared.Univariate and Logistic regression analysis were used to investigate the independent risk factors for recurrence.The clinical value of miR-25,IL-18 and sTLT-1 in predicting the recurrence of patients was analyzed by ROC curve.Results A total of 46 patients in the cerebral infarction group recurred.Compared with the non-recurrence group,the levels of miR-25,IL-18 and sTLT-1 were higher than those in the recurrence group(P<0.05).Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking history,hypertension history,miR-25≥11.89,IL-18≥23.36 ng/L,sTLT-1≥325.72 ng/L were independent risk factors for patients with recurrence.ROC curve results showed that when miR-25 cut-off value was 20.97,IL-18 cut-off value was 28.92 ng/L,and sTLT-1 cut-off value was 388.03 ng/L,the AUC of predicted patients with recurrence was all greater than 0.700.Conclusion The serum levels of miR-25,IL-18 and sTLT-1 in patients with recurrent cerebral infarction are significantly increased,and the levels of miR-25,IL-18 and sTLT-1 have certain clinical value in predicting the recurrence of cerebral infarction.关键词
