甲状腺抗体异常在重症肌无力中的研究进展
Research progress of thyroid antibody abnormality in myasthenia gravis
摘要
Abstract
Myasthenia gravis(MG)is a typical antibody-mediated autoimmune disease.Due to the presence of poor immunity,patients with MG are often accompanied by a variety of other autoimmune diseases.At present,thyroid dysfunction is the most common in patients with MG,and most patients are accompanied by abnormal thyroid antibodies.Some scholars have find that some patients with normal thyroid function have positive auto-antibodies and the severity of thyroid disease-related symptoms in patients is related to the level of auto-antibodies.This paper reviews the relationship between MG and thyroid antibody abnormality.关键词
