Research progress on sleep quality in patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder
摘要
Abstract
Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder(NMOSD)is a rare autoimmune disease that can cause severe inflammation of the central nervous system(CNS),mainly affecting the optic nerve and spinal cord.This disease not only causes damage to physical function,but also brings a series of psychological and fatigue problems.Sleep disorders are common in patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder,co-appear with other clinical symptoms,and affect each other,seriously affecting the prognosis and physical and mental health of patients.More and more scholars have carried out related research.This article reviews the assessment tools and influencing factors of sleep disorders in patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder,in order to provide reference for early identification of sleep disorders in patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder and carry out related interventions.关键词
