Progress in the pathogenesis and treatment of cerebral hemorrhage caused by vascular endothelial growth factor
摘要
Abstract
Cerebral hemorrhage is a common cerebrovascular critical disease.Investigating the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)after cerebral hemorrhage and the biological role of VEGF after cerebral hemorrhage can improve the reference basis for related studies.In this paper,the role and treatment of VEGF in the pathogenesis of cerebral hemorrhage were summarized by searching relevant literature at home and abroad.It is believed that VEGF directly protects neurons during acute cerebral hemorrhage,which is closely related to brain tissue repair in the middle and late stage of patients,and VEGF has increased significantly before the peak of cerebral hemorrhage,indicating that VEGF can stimulate angiogenesis and play an important role in protecting neurons,and clarifying VEGF is of great help to the study of the pathogenesis of cerebral hemorrhage.关键词
