脑血流量与阿尔茨海默病的相关性研究进展
Research progress on the relationship between cerebral blood flow and Alzheimer's disease
摘要
Abstract
With the aging of the population,the incidence of Alzheimer's disease(AD)is increasing.To date,the etiology and pathogenesis of AD are far from clear.Recent studies have suggested that structural and functional damage of cerebral vessel has begun to occur for a long time before the onset of AD,and abnormal cerebral blood flow(CBF)perfusion in the early stage can significantly increase the risk of AD.It has been showed that pathological mechanisms,such as blood-brain barrier damage,oxidative stress and neuroinflammation can lead to changes of CBF,neuronal degeneration and death,and eventually result in cognitive and memory dysfunction.Based on the rapid development of modern cerebral blood flow perfusion imaging technology,it provides a convenient and effective method for studying CBF,and then provides strong evidence for predicting the occurrence and development of AD.This review describes the research progress of the correlation between CBF and AD,so as to supply new ideas and new targets to the early prevention and comprehensive treatment of AD.关键词
