Impact and mechanism of related treatment methods on ischemic stroke patients based on neural plasticity
摘要
Abstract
The incidence of ischemic stroke is continuously increasing,imposing a significant burden on China's healthcare system and numerous families.Neuroplasticity plays a crucial role in the neurological recovery of ischemic stroke patients,involving complex processes such as synaptic plasticity,axonal regeneration and sprouting,neurogenesis,angiogenesis,and compensatory changes in surviving brain regions.However,in adults,spontaneous neuroplasticity is limited,and other therapeutic approaches are needed to enhance neuroplasticity.Studies have found that treatment methods such as medication,cell therapy,non-invasive neurostimulation techniques,and electroacupuncture can strengthen neuroplasticity and benefit the neural recovery of ischemic stroke patients.In addition to the development of new treatment approaches,further clinical research on these methods is still required.关键词
