硒对六个青稞品种种子萌发及吸收转运的影响
Effects of Selenium on Germination and Selenium Uptake and Transportation in Six Varieties of Highland Barley

Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the impact of various selenium valence states on seed germination,growth,and selenium uptake and translocation in six selected varieties of highland barley(Hordeum vulgare L.var.nudum Hook.f.).The effects of different selenium valence states(Se6+and Se4+)at varying concentrations(0-5.0 mg·L-1 and 0-40 mg·L-1)on multiple indicators of highland barley seed germination were investigated through a series of experimental trials.The germination ability of highland barley seed was comprehensively evaluated using the weighted membership function method under different valence states and concentrations.Hydroponic experiments were conducted to investigate the selenium absorption and transportation of six varieties of highland barley.The results indicate that,as the selenium concentration increases,the germination potential,germination rate,germination index,and vitality index of highland barely exhibit an initial increased and followed by a decrease trend.The analysis of the weighted membership function values(D-values)indicated that the germination rate of highland barley seeds could be promoted when concentrations of Se6+and Se4+ranging from 0 to 1.0 mg·L-1.In contrast to the impact of Se6+on barley seed growth,the inhibitory effect of Se4+on germ and radicle became more pronounced when its concentration exceeded 1.0 mg·L-1.The selenium content in the shoots of highland barely treated with Se6+exhibited higher levels compared to those treated with Se4+.The absorption amount of Se6+by the six varieties of highland barely were approximately 1.39 to 4.21 times of those of Se4+,with Shanqing No.9 demonstrating the highest selenium uptake in shoots.Among the six varieties of highland barley,the transport coefficients for Se6+ranged from 0.671 to 3.342.Except for Zangqing 3000,which had a transport coefficient less than 1 for Se6+,the other five varieties exhibit transport coefficients ranged from 1.503 to 3.342.As for Se4+,the transport coefficients ranged from 0.192 to 0.319.The findings of this study establish a solid theoretical foundation for selenium biofortification of Tibetan highland barley.关键词
