基于响应面法的过轴式旋流器分离性能优化
Optimization of separation performance of axial hydrocyclone based on response surface methodology

Abstract
In order to solve the applicability problem of hydrocyclone in the narrow space downhole,a new type of axial shaft hydrocyclone was proposed.The mathematical relationship model between the structural parameters and the separation efficiency of the cyclone was optimized by the response surface method.Numerical simulation was used to study the flow characteristics and separation efficiency of the hydrocyclone before and after optimization under different treatment capacity and water content.The results show that the efficiency of the model after optimization is better than that before optimization.When the treatment capacity of the model after optimization varies within the range of 2-6.5 m3/h,the separation performance is the best at the treatment capacity 6.5 m3/h,and the separation efficiency increases from 60.30%to 97.10%.When the water content varies within the range of 92%-99%,the separation performance is best at the water content 99%,and the separation efficiency increases from 93.15%to 99.72%.The combination of numerical simulation and experiment was used to study the separation efficiency of the optimized cyclone under different flow separation ratios.The numerical simulation results show good consistency with the experimental results,which verifies the feasibility of the structural optimization and the accuracy of the numerical simulation results.关键词
