为研究黄芪多糖对放牧贵乾半细毛羊疾病发生率、生长性能及生理生化指标的影响,试验选择健康、体重相近的6月龄贵乾半细毛羊120只,随机分为对照组、试验A组、B组、C组,每组30只,每组3个重复,每个重复10只.对照组日粮中不添加黄芪多糖,试验A组、B组和C组分别在日粮中添加1、2、3 g/(d·只)黄芪多糖.预饲期15 d,试验期90 d,观察疾病发生,测定各组羊只的生长性能并采集血液检测生理生化指标.结果表明:(1)试验C组发病率最低(3.33%)对照组发病率最高(26.67%).(2)C组平均日增重极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),显著高于试验B组和C组(P<0.05);且对照组日精料采食量显著低于试验组(P<0.05).(3)C组抗氧化指标SOD和GSH-Px显著高于对照组(P<0.05).(4)C组的GPT指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05).综上,日粮中添加黄芪多糖可提高放牧贵乾半细毛羊日增重,提高机体免疫能力和抗氧化力.

To study the effect of Astragalus polysaccharides(APS)in diets on disease occurrence,growth performance and biochemical indexes of grazing Guiqian semi-fine wool sheep,the study selected 120 healthy six-month-old sheep with similar weight and randomly divided them into control group,test group A,B,and C,with 30 sheep in each group.Each group has three repetition and 10 sheep in each rep-etition.The sheep in control group were fed basic diet,and those in test groups were fed different levels of APS by 1g,2g,and 3g.The pretrial was 15 days,and the trial period was 90 days,during which the sheep were observed for diseases,and their growth performance and blood biochemical indexes were determined.The results showed 1)the incident rate of diseases in Group C was lowest 3.33%,and that of the control was the highest(26.67%).2)The average daily gain of group C was extremely higher than that of the con-trol(P<0.01),and significantly higher than that of group B and C(P<0.05);and the concentration feed intake of the control was remarkably lower than that of the test groups(P<0.05).3)The antioxidant in-dex SOD and GSH-Px were significantly higher in test group C than in the control(P<0.05).4)The GPT index in group C was remarkably higher than in the control(P<0.05).Therefore,it is concluded that the addition of Astragalus polysaccharide in diet can increase daily weight gain and improve the immunity and andantioxidant capacity of Guiqian semi-fine wool sheep.
