内蒙古地区规模化奶牛场主要疾病发生规律分析
Major Disease Occurrence Rules in Large-Scale Dairy Farms in Inner Mongolia

Abstract
In order to clarify the occurrence law of dairy cow disease with month,this study collected the data of the disease incidence and cure rate of 180,000 heifer and adult cows in 41 large-scale farms in Inner Mongolia.Data with months as independent variables and farms as repeats were analyzed.The re-sults showed that the morbidity and cure rate of heifer and adult cows did not change(P＞0.05)with months,and the incidence of abomasal displacement is not affected(P＞0.05)by the month.The inci-dence of mastitis,retained placenta,and ketosis changed(P＜0.05)over months with a higher incidence in summer and lower incidence in spring.The incidence of hoof disease varies(P＜0.05)with months and it is highest in autumn and the lowest in spring.The incidence of milk fever varies(P＜0.05)with months and it is highest in winter.Based on the abovementioned results,the incidence of disease in dairy cows changes with month.Farmers should establish seasonal prevention and control mechanism for diseases,prevention and management measures for cold and heat stress so as to reduce the disease incidence.关键词
