Research progress on continuous nursing of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
摘要
Abstract
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a respiratory disease characterized by persistent respiratory symptoms and restricted airflow.With the increasing aging population and worsening environmental pollution,the incidence and mortality of COPD are on the rise.Continuous nursing,as an effective mode of chronic disease management,realizes the transition from hospital to community and home nursing through regular follow-up.personalized education and self-management support.Therefore,continuous nursing of COPD is of great significance for improving patients'quality of life and prognosis.The author reviewed the current status,implementation models,intervention studies and other aspects of COPD continuous nursing for patients both domestically and internationally,aiming to offer insights for the development of COPD continuous nursing tailored to the Chinese context.关键词
