Current status of diagnosis and clinical treatment on co-existent pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer
摘要
Abstract
Lung cancer and pulmonary tuberculosis are two major respiratory diseases that seriously endanger human health.Each disease causes about 1.6 million deaths per year worldwide.Particularly in developing countries,there are high incidences of both diseases.Epidemiological evidence suggests that pulmonary tuberculosis increases the risk of lung cancer.The clinical symptoms of pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer are too similar,the co-existence and mutual influence of the two diseases make it difficult to diagnose and treat them,which brings a huge burden to patients.This paper reviews the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis.关键词
