Abstract
With the prevalence of novel coronavirus pneumonia,the symptoms of shortness of breath,fatigue,tachypnea and difficulty in sleeping after the negative conversion of novel coronavirus have been troubling the infected persons,and the World Health Organization(WHO)defines the sequelae of this infection as"long COVID".Professor Wang Qingguo believes that the treatment of long COVID should be focused on its pathological characteristics such as the dysfunction of pivot,the obstruction of nutrient qi and defensive qi,and the exhaustion of blood and qi,on its basic pathogeneses of imbalanced qi circulation,disharmony between nutrient qi and defensive qi and blood,paying attention to the regulation of pivot,harmonizing yingfen and weifen,differentiating and treating the disease based on its root cause.He maintains that Chaihu Guizhi decoction is the first choice to treat the"long COVID"syndrome by regulating the movement of Shaoyang pivot and the ascending and descending of spleen and stomach pivot,regulating qi and blood,yingfen and weifen,sanjiao,and balancing qi and blood,yin and yang of the body.He is good at using Chaihu Guizhi decoction for the treatment of fatigue in the"long COVID"syndrome in combination with Huangqi Shengmai decoction or Sanxian decoction,for the treatment of brain fog often in combination with modified Kongsheng Zhenzhong pills,for the treatment of insomnia often in combination with modified Ganmai Dazao decoction and Shuangxia decoction,achieving a remarkable clinical effect.关键词
