从《神农本草经》咽喉部用药谈甲状腺疾病辨治新解
A new perspective of differentiating and treating thyroid diseases from the herbs for throat symptoms in Shennong Bencao Jing
摘要
Abstract
At present,the incidence of thyroid diseases is increasing in China day by day,which leads to a dilemma that the throat symptoms caused by thyroid diseases are very common on the one hand,and the clinical effect in this regard is not good,on the other hand.This article tries to provide a new perspective for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of throat symptoms induced by thyroid diseases.Based on the throat medication in Shennong Bencao Jing,and referring to Huangdi Neijing and relevant works in later generations,this paper innovatively discusses the pathogeneses and clinical medication characteristics of throat symptoms of thyroid diseases from the perspective of qi,blood,and water pathogens,following the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine,finding that their pathogeneses mainly involve disordered qi movement,obstructed blood vessels,fluid retention,external pathogens and latent pathogens,etc.Their treatment mainly features descending and dispersing qi throughout the entire course,resolving phlegm and clearing away fluid retention to eliminate local edema,dispelling cold and heat pathogens respectively to relieve the throat,and tonifying deficiency and promoting blood circulation to cure a protracted illness,which is expected to improve their clinical curative effect,and broaden the clinical pharmacology research idea of Shennong's Classic of Materia Medica.关键词
