寻常型银屑病态靶辨治体系的构建
Construction of a state-target differentiation and treatment system for psoriasis vulgaris
摘要
Abstract
The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)differentiation and treatment for psoriasis vulgaris varies widely,necessitating innovative therapeutic approaches to break through its treatment bottleneck.This article draws upon the"state-target combination"treatment model proposed by Academician Tong Xiaolin,exploring a precise treatment pathway for psoriasis vulgaris through modern medical diagnosis and pharmacological research of Chinese materia medica.It emphasizes that the occlusion of the mysterious orifices(Xuanfu Yubi)is a common pathogenesis in psoriasis vulgaris.Based on its natural evolution process,the disease is categorized into three states:congestion(Yu),obstruction(Yong),and deficiency(Xu),with specific treatment strategies developed for each state's characteristics.Moreover,this paper discusses in detail the common symptom targets,biochemical indicator targets,and target drugs for psoriasis vulgaris,in a bid to provide specific treatment plans for its clinical differentiation and treatment.关键词
