仝小林院士治疗儿童偏瘫型偏头痛验案
A clinical case study of the treatment of pediatric hemiplegic migraine by Academician Tong Xiaolin
摘要
Abstract
Hemiplegic migraine is a rare primary neurovascular headache characterized by hemiplegia as one of the aura symptoms,followed by contralateral or ipsilateral headaches after dozens of minutes.Modern medicine classifies it as a difficult and complex disease,with its pathogenesis still unclear.Academician Tong Xiaolin,based on the theories of"rheumatism in zang-fu viscera"and"differentiation and treatment based on states and target",categorizes it as a marrow disease of the top jiao rheumatism in cases of motor-type hemiplegic migraine.The treatment of the disease focuses on expelling pathogenic factors while also addressing phlegm resolution,blood stasis removal,and reinforcement and protection of the vital energy,which integrates traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)thinking into modern medicine,and offers precise treatment for the core pathogeneses of difficult cases by simplifying complex problems.This paper systematically reviews the diagnostic and therapeutic approaches and medication strategy for this case,aiming to provide more clinical diagnosis and treatment options for complex diseases.关键词
