黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗化疗后周围神经毒性
Therapeutic effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in the treatment of oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neurotoxicity after chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the fumigation and soaking therapy with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in the treatment of oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neurotoxicity(OIPN)after chemotherapy.Methods A total of 108 tumor patients with OIPN after chemotherapy were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mecobalamin tablets,while the observation group was treated with the fumigation and soaking therapy with modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction.Both groups were treated continuously for two months.The clinical efficacy,peripheral nerve conduction velocity,OIPN grading,levels of inflammatory factors and tumor markers,as well as the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.30%,52/54)was higher than that of the control group(59.26%,32/54)after 2 months of treatment(P<0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the peripheral nerve conduction velocity was faster than before treatment in both groups,while the observation group was faster than the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with OPIN grade 0 was higher than before treatment in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with grade 1 in both groups and those with grade 2 and grade 3 in the observation group was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was much lower(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors and tumor markers in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were much lower(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment period(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of tumor patients with oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neurotoxicity after chemotherapy,the fumigation and soaking therapy with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction can help improve the peripheral nerve conduction velocity,reduce the severity of peripheral neurotoxicity,and effectively alleviate the inflammatory response,thereby effectively improve the therapeutic effect,and have a good safety.关键词
