目的 观察无糖型强力枇杷露的止咳、祛痰作用并探讨其机制.方法 分别采用豚鼠柠檬酸引咳法和豚鼠雾霾烟雾诱导咳嗽法,观察豚鼠一般状态,记录豚鼠咳嗽次数,HE染色观察气管及肺组织病理变化,在镜下进行豚鼠BALF细胞分类及计数,ELISA法检测豚鼠肺组织中IL-8、TNF-α、SP、Muc5AC、SOD、CAT、MDA、GSH-Px水平,观察其止咳效果;采用小鼠气管酚红排泌量实验研究其祛痰作用.结果 与模型组比较,苏黄组、肺力咳组、强力枇杷露低、中、高剂量组咳嗽次数明显减少(P<0.05),镇咳率明显升高(P<0.05),酚红浓度显著提高(P<0.05);与空白组比较,模型组BALF中总细胞浓度显著增高,嗜酸粒细胞数和淋巴细胞数比例增高(P<0.05),肺组织中IL-8、TNF-α、SP、Muc5AC、MDA含量明显升高(P<0.05),SOD、CAT、GSH-Px含量明显降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,苏黄组、肺力咳组、强力枇杷露低、中、高剂量组BALF中总细胞浓度均有不同程度降低,嗜酸粒细胞数和淋巴细胞数比例降低(P<0.05),肺组织中IL-8、TNF-α、SP、Muc5AC、MDA含量均降低(P<0.05),SOD、CAT、GSH-Px含量升高(P<0.05).结论 无糖型强力枇杷露可以改善雾霾咳嗽豚鼠模型的病理损伤,减轻气道炎症,抑制氧化应激,增强呼吸道的分泌功能,发挥止咳和祛痰作用.

Objective To observe the cough-relieving and phlegm-dispelling effect of sugar-free Qiangli Loquat Dew and explore its mechanisms.Methods The guinea pig citric acid induced cough method and guinea pig haze smog induced chronic cough method were respectively used to observe their general state and record the number of coughs in them.HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes in trachea and lung tissues.Under microscope,bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)cells were classified and counted.The levels of IL-8,TNF-α,SP,Muc5AC,SOD,CAT,MDA,GSH-Px in their lung tissues were detected by ELISA,and its cough-relieving effects and mechanisms were observed.Its phlegm-dispelling effects was studied by the experiment of excretion amount of phenol red in mouse trachea.Results Compared with the model group,the number of coughs in the Suhuang group,the Feilike group,and the low-,medium-,and high-dose groups of Qiangli Loquat Dew were significantly reduced(P<0.05),the antitussive rate was significantly increased(P<0.05),the concentration of phenol red was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the blank group,the total cell concentration in BALF in the model group was significantly increased,the proportion of eosinophil number and lymphocyte number was increased(P<0.05),the contents of IL8,TNF-α,SP,Muc5AC and MDA in lung tissues were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the contents of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the total cell concentrations in BALF in the Suhuang group,the Feilike group,and the low-,medium-,and high-dose groups of Qiangli Loquat Dew were decreased to varying degrees,and the proportion of eosinophil number and lymphocyte number was decreased(P<0.05),and the contents of IL-8,TNF-α,SP,Muc5AC,and MDA in lung tissues were all decreased(P<0.05),while the contents of SOD,CAT,GSH-Px were increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Sugar-free Qiangli Loquat Dew can improve the pathological damage of a guinea pig model with chronic coughs induced by haze,reduce airway inflammation,inhibit oxidative stress,enhance the secretion function of the respiratory tract and exert cough-relieving and phlegm-dispelling effects.
