少腹逐瘀汤治疗子宫内膜异位症性不孕的研究进展
Research progress of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of endometriosis infertility
摘要
Abstract
Endometriosis(EMT),a common disease in women of reproductive age in recent year,is often manifested as progressive aggravation of dysmenorrhea,sexual intercourse pain,menstrual disorders,infertility and so on.The proportion of EMT patients with fertility decline is increasing year by year.Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction,derived from Yilin Gaicuo(Correction on Errors in Medical Classics)and known as the first prescription of regulating menstruation and facilitating pregnancy,features the effects of dispelling cold and warming meridians,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and can treat static blood obstruction and stagnation and long-term infertility.This study collects,analyzes and combs the related literature of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of endometriosis infertility in recent years,summarizing its possible treatment mechanisms and clinical efficacy,hoping to provide a strong basis for the prescription to treat the disease.关键词
