摘要

Abstract

In this paper,paraffin-tetradecyl mixed with 1-tetradecanol was selected as the multi-component composite phase change materials.Graphite powder was added to enhanced heat transfer.In the numerical study,The heat transfer model of photovoltaic panel and phase change temperature control module was estab-lished with ANSYS software for simulation analysis and verification.An experimental system exposed to solar radiation was used to validate the temperature control effect of phase change layer on photovoltaic panel.The temperature control characteristics of phase change layers were analysed for component ratios,thermal conduc-tivity,thermal enthalpy and thickness.The results show that the above factors can affect the temperature of pho-tovoltaic panel for different degrees.When graphite powder accounts for 10%in phase change materials,the cumulative time of photovoltaic panels above 50 ℃ is the least;when the layer thickness is 50 mm,the temper-ature control effect is the best.
