摘要

Abstract

Mold steel is the foundation of the mold manufacturing industry,and its selection plays a crucial role in mold design and manufacturing in the mold processing industry.Mold steel is widely used in industries such as automobiles,aerospace,and radio instruments.With the progress of the mold processing industry and the widespread application of mold steel,it is very important to study the properties of mold steel.Heat treatment process is an important part of applying mold steel in practice,and a reasonable heat treatment process can improve the strength and process performance of mold steel.At present,there are various heat treatment processes in experimental research and practical production fields,and researchers are still committed to developing more efficient and green new processes.This article mainly outlines some common heat treatment processes for tool and mold steel,and makes prospects for their development trends.
