Abstract
In order to solve the welding problem of S32750 super duplex stainless steel pipe,the welding function characteristics of the pipe were fully considered,and a reasonable welding process was used in combination.At the same time,process evaluation tests were carried out.The test results showed that adopted reasonable welding materials and appropriate welding process,the mechanical properties,corrosion resistance,and ferrite content of S32750 duplex stainless steel pipeline steel pipe specimens could match the evaluation standards.The welding process met the specifications and the needs of harsh standards.关键词
