摘要

Abstract

Under the guidance of the national carbon peaking and carbon neutral action plan,at present,the construction scale of the fan project is large and the construction period is tight,due to the characteristics of large weight,large volume and irregular lifting objects in the process of large-scale lifting operations,new safety requirements for lifting control will be put forward for crane equipment.Taking virtual twin technology as the application means,the specific application requirements of digital twin technology is analyzed,and then a digital twin solution suitable for wind turbine lifting control is proposed,and then the construction method of static model hierarchical tree structure based on SolidWorks in the virtual twin environment required for wind turbine lifting control,the dynamic model construction method based on Unity3D and the mapping motion control method of virtual and real crane equipment are discussed.Hoisting rules such as operation verification of collision detection technology and space safety verification of radiographic inspection technology are used for safety verification of lifting motion process.The results show that the application of digital twin technology to fan hoisting control can effectively improve the lifting efficiency and reduce the danger to personnel and equipment during the lifting process.
