摘要

Abstract

An automated equipment for steaming and drying of day lily suitable for rural household use in areas with scattered planting of day lily is developed,steaming process and the dehydration process that combines hot air drying with infrared drying is adopted.The measurement and control system realizes automatic steaming and drying function,displaying real-time temperature and relative humidity parameters of day lily.The equipment adopts a separation design between the inner and outer casings to prevent heat loss.The exhaust fan at the top of the inner liner exhausts moisture downwards through the inner and outer layers,condenses to remove water,and excess hot air enters the inner liner through the holes at the bottom for recycling,improving the utilization rate of heat.The developed automatic equipment for steaming and drying day lily has a drying speed that is 6.75 times faster than traditional hot air drying and 21 times faster than natural drying.The processed dried day lily has a brighter color than natural air drying,but there is slight coking at the tips and handles of the day lily.The infrared lamp power should not be too high,and the drying temperature should not be too high.The developed automatic equipment for steaming and drying day lily has a high production processing speed and product quality,which has a certain promoting effect on the development of the day lily processing and production industry.
